USE | The cups can be used in most modern tempermeters CCMS certifies that the cups are suitable for all Sollich models, all Exotherm models, all Bühler models, the Prefamac, tempermeter, the Wolf tempermeter, DCS tempermeter.

MATERIAL | The cups are made out of an   aluminium foil, coated inside with a   food grade lack, and outside with different   colored lack. The volume of the cups   is 14.3 ml, the cup weight is 1 gr.

 

QUALITY CONTROL | There is an optical control in the production of the cups which guarantees constant quality. CCMS offers all quality guarantees and will cover the replacement at its expense of any defective orders if necessary.

SAFETY | The capsules are intended to be filled with melted chocolate, or any other fatty masses, to be placed in a device called: Tempermeter.

CCMS does not recommend using it for sample collection, but rather using a spoon and filling the capsule next to the line, to avoid the risk of dropping a capsule in the production line.

Despite the fact that the material which contains the sample is food grade. The legislation prohibits the reintroduction into the production line of samples taken online and intended for offline measurements using, in this case, a tempermeter
